The hotel is located at T3 (International terminal), a short walk to/from the departure and arrival gates. The rooms we stayed in were well equipped with a kettle and bar fridge and spacious enough for what we needed, with a separate bath and shower. Traveling with young children, including one under 1yr old we needed the use of a microwave for bottle sterilizing. Whilst there was no microwave in the room, there is one centrally located on every floor, near the lifts and vending machines. The hotel has coin laundry facilities as well, with washer/dryers which were another great benefit for us. The hotel offers late check out (2pm, instead of 11am) for an additional fee. There is a buffet restaurant connected to the hotel, which offers all day dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for an additional cost. There is a Lawson store located at the entry to the hotel, which is open 24hrs and there is also a number of restaurants and food outlets surrounding the hotel as well, which provides plenty of options for meals, if you don’t want to eat at the hotel’s restaurant. The hotel has a spa (onsen) located on level 12 and a well equipped gym/fitness centre on level 6. We stayed at the hotel a couple of times during our traveling around Japan and found the service always on point and our stay comfortable. The hotel pricing tends to be cheaper online via third party booking platforms, so it’s worth shopping around - including checking the hotel’s website for any promotions. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel, and would stay again in the future.

We booked this as we had an early morning departure from Haneda terminal 2. The hotel is located in terminal 3, but it didn't take too long to get between terminals and the terminal 2 hotels were full when we booked. So we booked for practical reasons but the onsen style spa centre on the top floor of the hotel meant we ended up having an unexpectedly delightful time. We knew there was a spa but it was far bigger and better than we expected. As we had been given free spa vouchers when we checked in, our whole family put on the special robes provided in the room and took the lift up to the top floor. The boys went into one door and the girls in to another. The nudity was a bit confronting for some members of the family but you soon get used to it. You have to wash before getting into the baths which is nice to know given the heat. Going to the spa baths located outside and watching the Tokyo night sky from a steaming hot bath was a special treat. Inside there is a steam room and jacuzzi as well as multiple different temperature baths. We boys finished our spa before the girls, so we went into the 24-hour restaurant that is part of the spa complex and had some food (and a cold beer for me) while we waited for the girls to come out. Everyone had a good time which was so much the better for the fact we didn't have very high expectations for 'an airport hotel'.

We were traveled from Australia to Japan and arrived late afternoon the day before our connecting domestic flight and this was the perfect hotel to stay at. We needed rooms to rest and freshen up before our connecting flight the next morning. It was a great location because we didn’t have to find a means of travel to get to hotel we simply walked over to the hotel and checked in. Because the hotel is situated in Terminal 3 we checked our bags there because there is a domestic check bag station in that terminal. We didn’t have to carry all our bags to the next terminal.

Conveniently located in Haneda Terminal 3 (access via level 2), it’s only a short walk away from the arrivals hall, train station and shuttle bus stop. The property is new, modern and very clean! While the rooms are small, they are really well equipped, and you have everything you need for a comfortable layover! Self check-in and check-out process is super convenient and fast and staff is still around to assist you if you have any issues/questions.

Amazing location - few minutes walk via indoor corridor to Haneda Airport Terminal 3. Rooms are well-equiped, with new and modern design and are spotless clean. This hotel is a perfect option if you have early morning flight from Haneda airport. Seamless and quick check-in and check-out via automated kiosks with enough hotel staff present to offer help with this process.
